Friday Felines

 Good Morning!

Another rainy day and the temps are dropping.  But, it's Friday and that, my friends, is a wonderful thing.  Work was long yesterday and my eyes were spinning from all the numbers, but I got through it (and early...my deadline was today).  Now I've a conference call at 10 and I think I should be able to knock off a bit early today.  Fingers crossed.

For your Friday Felines viewing pleasure:

The question is:  Is Tyg grooming?  Or just hiding his eyes from the camera?  (Just ignore the messy table, please...it is always like this...)

I'm looking forwqrd to meeting up with Dee tomorrow morning for some chatter knitting (Dee wrote that to me in an email and I love the phrase or description "chatter knitting" meaning something you can work on while talking).  We are going to check out a new Starbucks and I think we'd best have our woolens on - it is going to be a cold morning!

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!!

  1. Tyg is avoiding the paparazzi. My princess cat Marlowe hates to be photographed and sabotages all attempts.

Enjoy Saturday's session with Dee. I know you will.

  3. Hello,
Cute shot of Tyg hiding his eyes. Maybe he was just feeling kind of shy that day. Have a fun time with Dee knitting and chatting.
Take care, enjoy your day! Happy weekend!

  4. Could it be that we might get some sweater weather on Halloween? Wouldn't that be nice. I still haven't given my fall sweaters their yearly rinse because of all the humidity which means they will make me sneeze if I try to wear them but I'll take it just to say I got them out this year. I've got three new ones I've never worn.

  5. Love the photo of Tyg. He just was feeling a bit shy. I love the phrase chatter knitting too! It's perfect. I had to stop in to our local yarn store, Paradise Fibers, yesterday. The have a huge online presence, in fact they were an online store for years before they started letting walk-in business come in. It always seemed crazy to me to order something and have FedEx deliver it when they were right down the street. Somewhere I lost one of my interchangeable needles and needed a replacement and some extra cables. One lady who works there was in my old spinning group and also a knitting group. All have been postponed due to "you know what". Anyway, she wanted to talk and talk and talk and I just wanted out of there and away from people. She had no clue as to social distancing. However it was GOOD to see her and have someone "real" to talk yarn and knitting with.
I hope you and Dee have a wonderful time.
    Blessings,
    Betsy
