Tiny Needle Tuesday 11/5/24

 Good Morning!

It's Election Day!!  I'm preaching to the choir, but if you have not yet voted, please do so.

It's also Tuesday which means time for a Tiny Needle update.  I thought I stitched a lot during the past week (and, maybe I did), but the picture doesn't lead me to think that way.  Yes, the house has grown a bit and there is now the beginning of a tree to the right.

I will admit to the house being a bit boring to stitch, but it's good to have that as an option when I am tired.  One of my favorite parts of this sampler has yet to appear.  It's a big ol moon above the new tree.  Bonus:  black birds in flight against the moon.  I may need to start that part this week.

It has been warming up here again.  Yesterday when I let Mabel out at 5:30 a.m. the temp was 28.  This morning when I let her out at 5:30 it was 46!  Our roller coaster weather continues.

Wishing everyone a wonderful Tuesday!

  1. That big moon is going to be fun. Your temps are wild.

  2. A big block of one color can be excellent stitching when you're tired or stressed or just don't feel like focusing on a char!

We're also getting more warm weather here. I might be annoyed except that I have an eggplant growing that I would love to be able to eat and it needs some more time!

  3. I did notice that new tree and will look forward to seeing the moon when you stitch it.

This weather is crazy. It's only supposed to get down to 58 tonight and be 80 degrees tomorrow!

  5. You're making progress. It's looking really nice. We've had lots of rain the past few days with more to come but we sure need it so I'm not complaining and it makes for cozy times inside.
    Blessings and hugs,
    Betsy

  6. It looks wonderful. So much going on there. Big blocks of color are perfect for when you need to get something done but don't feel like fiddling with changing colors.
It's too warm again here too. What the heck is up with this weather?
