Something Yummy!

 Hello My Friends,

I'm here today to share with you all a yummy thing I recently discovered!

Oh man!  So good!  Nutty Novelties is a local (Telford, PA) company and in this jar they have combined peanut butter with espresso coffee beans from Backyard Beans (another local company in Lansdale - where C&M live).  Who would have thought of this?  There is also a hint of cinnamon in this treat.

Yesterday's breakfast ended up being a toasted English muffin spread with Wild Espresso Peanut Butter.  And an apricot.

Speaking of the apricot (equally delicious), has anyone else noticed how freakin' good the stone fruits are this summer?  Might be time to make another crostata!

Have you found anything new and tasty?  Inquiring minds and all that jazz....

Have a good Thursday.  The weekend is almost here!

  1. That peanut butter sounds delicious; I'm going to have to look for it. I'm sorry I don't have anything new and tasty to recommend. I'm inundated with zucchini and cucumbers so there may be zucchini fritters and tzatziki sauce in the near future.

  2. I've finally eaten the last of my peas. They were spectacular this year!

  3. I've had some really good pears from the Farmer's Market this year. The beets were also outstanding. I have a tree nut allergy (as does the big Grand I'm sitting) so that butter is off limits for me. I do soynut butter instead and I really like it on toast in the morning. I wish my stores carried the crunchy version.

  4. I'm always seeing people on social media talk about Nerdy Nuts but I've never tried any of the flavors - this sounds like a similar product. I do love peanut butter, though, so maybe I should take a leap!

  5. Oh man, that sounds delicious Vera! I have likewise found that the stone fruits this year are amazing (perhaps a result of the cooler, wetter spring?) Anyways, I have some amazing looking plums I am going to make into a crostata tonight!

  7. Oh yum, that sounds amazing! Does it give you a caffeine buzz, too? I need to get more stone fruit. I got some nectarines from the farmer's market last weekend but need to see if my favorite plumcots/pluots are in the stores now.

  8. I have to admit that doesn’t sound good to me since I’m not a coffee drinker. But we did have some delicious watermelon this week while in Spokane.
    Blessings,
    Betsy.
