Tis the Season!

 Good Morning!

Spotted this on our drive over to Colin's yesterday morning.

The tape across the spare says "crime scene."  The green color of the skeleton cracked me up.  We also passed a number of jeeps with skeletons attached to the front.  All the jeeps.

Here's to a great weekend ahead!

  1. It always cracks me up to see cars decorated; I barely decorate the house! I'm going to have to keep my eyes on Jeeps when I drive around town.

  2. Haha! I saw a jeep last week in Erie that was decked out for Christmas (or maybe deer season?) Anyways, the jeep had antlers on the roof and a big red nose in the middle of the front grill!

  5. Some people get really into decorating, but I think I might draw the line at decorating my car. I did see a car not too long ago with a skeleton in the back seat, though, and that gave me a laugh!

  6. What a full week! I so enjoy the stitching progress, and I'm even going to be excited about that serpent. Reading that y'all enjoyed Raising Hare, have you read/been recommended The Salt Stones? It maybe has a similar vibe, and I found the writing/reflections beautiful (and the author does a wonderful job narrating the audio). Have a good weekend!

  7. I'm now very disappointed that I haven't seen a skeleton attached to a car. I've seen them in the passenger seat. One of our local police has one in hers all year long for some reason that I don't care to know.

  8. There are skeletons everywhere around here right now. I don't think I've ever seen this many Halloween decorations. I'm so glad to be in the loop for commenting on my friends posts.
    Blessings,

  9. We passed a house in Ohio with back and front yard completely filled with inflatables. Could have got a new roof for what they cost. Lots of yards here with the 8 and 12 foot skeletons and the massive reapers that activate when you get near. Like the one in Lowes last month ($300!) that made me glad I had a panty liner.

  10. What is it with Jeeps? I think they have more fun. I notice many here have the dashboard lined with the small ducks.
